Yes, cancellations can be done at anytime by logging into your account. Doing this within the last week of the month, you will not be charged before the first Tuesday of the following month.

2. When will my payment be processed?

Our subscription plans will be billed every month on the same date after the first initial purchase of your subscription.

3. Am I able to change what is in my Subscription Plan?

Yes, you can completely customize your subscription. If you already have a subscription plan, you will need to cancel your current subsciption and then begin a new subscription with the new products that you would like to change.

4. Personal health and Safety Concerns.

Our upmost concerns are the values of health and safety of our customers as well as our team members. We believe we have a marvelous blend of standards, values, and a commitment toward our ethical code. Even before the Pandemic of 2020, we use gloves, sleeves, and an array of personal protective equipment before handling the product prior to shipping because even our team members consume our products as well.

5. What are some perks or rewards for being a perferred, valued customer?

When you join the club for subscriptions, all subscriptions are discounted that benefits the customer in a protracted period of time as well as automatically placed in a random rewards drawing that is done every quarter.
